We create learning experiences instead of lectures. Our interactive sessions create engagement through questions, thought-provoking discussions, unique activities, polls, and breakout sessions.

Meet Kristen Crockett

 

About Kristen

For nearly seven years, I worked as a corporate trainer for a large media company, traveling across the country to mentor and train employees, managers, and executives. In my time working with these corporate teams and leaders I noticed one thing–they vastly underestimated themselves. So often, we downplay our abilities, strengths, and emotional intelligence, for fear that they will make other people uncomfortable. But when it comes to working as a part of a team, those perceived weaknesses are actually superpowers.

I mentor teams to connect with one another and tap into their strengths and emotional intelligence, in order to embrace their zone of genius, inside and outside of the workplace. The results are transformational – teams and leaders are able to show up as a collaborative unit, understanding each other’s strengths, needs, and abilities.
